New recruits for Kelvin Power Structures include two Graduate Design Technicians, Adam Williams and Marta Kostrzycka; CAD & Tekla Draughtsman, Vasanth Chelliah and Engineering Technician, Dean Cole. All four will work in Kelvin Power Structure’s substation structures design department, but have been afforded the opportunity to have an input, and gain knowledge of, all departments across the business. Adam, a graduate of the University of Derby, explained “Kelvin Power has given me responsibility and recognition beyond what I could have hope for at this stage of my career. Marta brings with her expertise in Revit and AutoCAD, along with excellent knowledge in Structural analysis, design and drawing. Discussing her experience of Kelvin Power so far, Marta stated “I have found everyone welcoming and helpful. The varied tasks and projects I am working with allow me to develop on a daily basis. I have also enjoyed living and working in Leicester, discovering something new and learning about its rich history since I have arrived.” Engineering Technician, Dean Cole joined Kelvin Power while continuing his studies for BEng in Civil and Infrastructure Engineering with the University of Derby on day-release.
